Previously banned from leaving the country, Andrew and Tristan can now travel freely anywhere within the EU while awaiting trial on charges of human trafficking. The self-proclaimed “misogynist influencer” faced indictment in June 2023, alongside his brother Tristan and two Romanian women, for charges of human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women. They have all denied these allegations.

In April this year, the Bucharest court decided that their trial could proceed, a decision which Tate has appealed. While awaiting the outcome of his appeal, Tate Brothers along with the two Romanian women were initially banned from leaving Romania. However, Friday’s court ruling lifted this restriction within the EU.

Tate, a kickboxer with 9.1 million followers on X, has consistently asserted that prosecutors lack evidence against him and that he is the target of a political conspiracy to silence him.

He was previously banned from several social media platforms for expressing misogynistic views and hate speech.
